## What VARAHI deliberately does not do

> **No app is required for the core experience**
>
> Cart, search, wishlist, filters, mega menu, bulk packs, and every section work on
> a stock Shopify store. If you never install an app, the theme still works
> completely.

> **The checkout is untouched**
>
> Shopify's checkout is not editable, and VARAHI does not try to fake it. Everything
> the theme does happens before the handoff.

> **No tracking, no pixels, no third-party fonts**
>
> The theme ships no analytics, no marketing pixels and no third-party script. Your
> page weight is your content, not someone else's code.

> **The wishlist is local, not server-side**
>
> Deliberate. A server-side wishlist needs a customer identity and a database, which
> means an app. VARAHI's wishlist is a lightweight, zero-setup stand-in. Install a
> wishlist app if you need the real thing.

> **Search & Discovery**
>
> **Free, Shopify native.** Unlocks metafield filters, colour swatch filtering, and
> related-product rules. VARAHI's filter sidebar is empty without it.

> **Judge.me or Loox**
>
> Writes review data to product metafields, which is what the Product Reviews
> section reads.

> **A bundles app**
>
> If your bulk pack needs to be a **separate SKU** with its own inventory and price,
> a bundles app handles it. VARAHI's bulk tier is a presentation layer only.

> **A real wishlist app**
>
> For a server-side, cross-device wishlist. Shopify's native account button is
> replaced by the app's.
