Product page

The Main product section is the standard product template. It is block-driven: the buy box is assembled from blocks you enable, reorder, and configure.

Product page with gallery and block-driven buy box

The blocks

Blocks with the same name across sections are the same concept. A Highlight block in the product page behaves exactly like one in the Hero Product section, so what you learn once applies everywhere.

Buy box settings

Product media renders as a vertical gallery on desktop and a swipeable carousel on mobile. Images and videos are both supported.

The wishlist button

The wishlist is browser-local — items are stored in the visitor’s own browser via localStorage. It persists across visits on the same device, but not across devices or browsers.
If you need true cross-device wishlists, install a wishlist app. Shopify’s native customer accounts do not include a wishlist, and the theme’s button is a deliberate, lightweight stand-in — not a substitute for the real thing.

What to put on a product page

A VARAHI product page is at its strongest with this stack:
1

Main product

The gallery and the buy box. Enable Title, Rating, Price, Description, and two or three Highlights.
2

Acoustic architecture

The engineering teardown, if you have the frames.
3

Comparison table

The spec argument against alternatives.
4

Companion app

If your product has an app.
5

Product reviews

Social proof.
6

Related products

The cross-sell.

Collection page

The grid and the filtering system.
